Feasibility study on setting up thermos manufactoring plant in West Malaysia. Scope including factory premises selection, materials suppliers and processes sub-contractors. Invoiced sum exceeded Rm200,000.

(b) Sandakan Trig Hill development proposal

 Land use zoning and feasibility study on a 300 acres site.

(c) Menggatal Prestig Residensi

Post construction project management. Scope including managing residents query and handing over of completed facilities to local authorities.

(d) Phase II Gana Eco@ Mia Aman, Papar

Alternative land use proposal that resulted eco-friendly layout with 60% of land area to be re-zoned as conservation, sport & recreation instead of single resident plots.
